Yes. If you have a preference you can specify it at the time of booking, but we cannot guarantee its availability, however, we will do our best to satisfy your request and we guarantee that all our guides are equally professional and prepared.

In the case of private tours, the group can also be formed only by you and the accredited guide who will follow you exclusively. In the case of a group tour, the minimum number of participants is 10 paying adults. Tours with fewer participants than expected are included at the discretion of Vlogging Tour.

Skip-the-line tickets are available for those tours that include this option, expressed on the information sheet. However, we remind you that despite the skip-the-line ticket you will find queues at the entrances due to strict security checks.

The prices on the website include the cost of the various services, which are described in the information sheet which varies from tour to tour. Prices are to be considered VAT (Value-added tax) included.

The form on the site is used to request the booking of a chosen tour.
Once the booking request has been successfully sent, you will receive a first system e-mail with the booking code. Subsequently, you will receive a second e-mail reply from Vlogging Tour, where the outcome of the reservation and the procedure for the chosen payment method will be declared.

It is advisable to always book well in advance to ensure availability, in some cases a minimum booking is required 7 working days before the established date. While in other cases, for example in group tours that do NOT include admission tickets, they can also be booked 12 hours before the date and time set for the tour.

We recommend comfortable clothes, as most of the tours are walking tours. In places of worship, churches, cemeteries etc., it is required to wear appropriate clothing for both men and women. For example, the entrance at the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and Vatican Gardens, is allowed only to visitors that follow the dress code: there are no allowed loose and/or low-cut garments, shorts, miniskirts and hats.
In summer we recommend wearing a shawl or garment of your choice to use when needed, to cover arms, decolleté and legs.

This is a service that is not included in the price of our tours. However, at an additional cost, it can be requested. It is also available a transportation service from the hotel to the meeting point, booked in advance. Contact us for more information.

Private tours are tours that take place on the day and at the time you have requested. Those are with only the people you know and by the accredited guide exclusively.
A group tour is when you are participating in a tour with other people as well, that are already organized by the agency on the day and at the time set.

Most of our tours are walking tour and the duration changes upon the tour chosen. So longer tours will walk longer distances. In the case of organized city tours, you'll be seated most of the time.

Our tours go out rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for the conditions. However, tours may be postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather.

Not necessarily. You can select a private tour or, subject to availability, you can be included in one of our group tours with other people.

While we do all is possible to offer accessible tours, not every tour can accommodate wheelchairs or strollers. The website page of a chosen tour will state the difficulties.
